Job summary

UCSF Health is seeking a Staff/Senior Ultrasound Sonographer to perform ultrasound procedures, demonstrate anatomy for interpretation, and participate in performance improvement activities. The role requires active ARDMS status and prior ultrasound experience, with flexibility to rotate shifts and cover weekends/holidays.

You will process images, maintain QC records, and assist with equipment testing and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Requires ARDMS credentials in Abdomen and OB/Gyn at minimum.
• Graduate of a formal accredited ultrasound training program.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures to demonstrate anatomy for interpretation or intervention.
• Process images on archival systems.
• Maintain quality control records and participate in routine equipment testing and maintenance.
