Job summary

Relativity Space in Cape Canaveral, Florida, is seeking a Senior NDE Inspector, Ultrasonic, for the second shift to advance UT inspections on aerospace hardware. You will interpret A-scan data, develop UT techniques, and work with UT Specialists, engineers, and manufacturing to ensure quality and reliability.

You will bring 5+ years of aerospace UT experience, Level II UT certification, and strong knowledge of UT principles, with willingness to travel 10–25% as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of aerospace UT experience.
• Proof of formal NDE classroom training in Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
• Level II UT certification NAS 410, SNT-TC-1A or equivalent with verifiable records.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced Ultrasonic Testing (UT) inspections on complex aerospace hardware.
• Interpret and evaluate ultrasonic data to determine acceptance per drawings and specs.
• Develop, validate, and publish part-specific UT techniques for various hardware.
• Provide mentorship to Level I/II NDE personnel and document inspection results.
