The Senior UKG WFM Integration Developer is a hands-on technical expert responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade integrations between UKG Workforce Management (WFM) and multiple upstream and downstream systems within a large, complex healthcare system.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable data movement that supports payroll accuracy, clinical operations, workforce analytics, and regulatory compliance.
This position requires deep technical expertise in UKG WFM integration frameworks, strong development skills, and experience supporting mission-critical systems in a healthcare environment.
Experience with UKG Data Hub and UKG Analytics is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience Experience: 6+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise system integrations 4+ years of hands‑on experience with UKG WFM integrations Strong experience with API development, file-based interfaces, and secure data transfer Experience with Boomi integration middleware platform (MuleSoft, Workato, etc. is a plus) Hands‑on experience with UKG Data Hub and UKG Analytics Experience with SFTP, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and ETL patterns
$120,000.00 USD - $150,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
