The Senior Workday Technical Engineer serves as a hands‑on technical expert responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting the Workday ERP platform across Supply Chain (SCM), Finance, Research Grants, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Payroll for health system. This role ensures the stability, scalability, and extensibility of Workday in support of all operational areas. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in Workday integrations, Extend development, orchestration frameworks, and API-based architectures, along with the ability to collaborate across Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Payroll, Research Administration, and IT. Experience leveraging AI/ML technologies to enhance automation, analytics, and operational efficiency is a plus.
Pay Range: $118,560.00 USD - $145,600.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
