Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior RPA Developer to implement and maintain enterprise automation for clients in Herndon, VA. You will own end-to-end delivery, from design to deployment, while ensuring secure code and compliant operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of RPA development, UiPath certifications, and strong scripting in C#, Python, or JavaScript. You will contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
5+ years of RPA development experience.
UiPath RPA Developer Certification.
Strong scripting in C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with UiPath Document Understanding and OCR tools.
Experience integrating ERP via UiPath workflows.
Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and Jenkins experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Support the client in operationalizing, maintaining, and deploying RPA capabilities across the enterprise.
Perform operations and maintenance (O&M) for production automations.
Handle automation Break/Fix issues and implement minor enhancements.
Address automation issues swiftly to minimize disruption to client operations.
Manage the RPA source code lifecycle, including version control and internal libraries.
Use code management software while maintaining stringent security protocols.
Deliver and support comprehensive RPA projects at large scale.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements aligned with client strategic objectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement and adapt to evolving technologies.
