Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an experienced Business Process Automation Developer to support a large-scale enterprise automation environment. You will maintain and improve approximately 130 UiPath automations across multiple business units while troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.

This hands-on role offers exposure to AI-assisted development tools and emerging agentic automation technologies as the organization expands its automation capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on UiPath development, Studio/Orchestrator/REFramework.
• Experience in production support and troubleshooting of automations.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, and integrations using Postman.
• VB.NET or C# within UiPath workflows; Python or PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with Git, PRs, and version control practices.
• Experience using AI coding assistants for development and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across the UiPath automation portfolio.
• Diagnose failures using Orchestrator logs, queue data, and tickets.
• Modify and maintain REFramework and queue-driven automations.
• Test, package, and deploy automation fixes in dev/prod environments.
• Monitor attended/unattended robots and optimize schedules and retries.
• Document production fixes, recurring issues, and system changes.
