Job summary

Tower Hill Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Business Process Automation Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise automation solutions using UiPath, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows. This role mentors engineers and contributes to governance, platform improvements, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of five to seven years of relevant work experience.
• Four or more years with enterprise RPA platforms (UiPath Orchestrator, Studio) in production
• Two or more years in software design, programming, and testing with .NET/C#, SQL, JSON, XML
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to docs/training

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions integrating applications, APIs, databases, and AI services.
• Evaluate API-first vs UI-based automation and orchestration approaches.
• Apply OCR and AI/ML for automation use cases.
• Contribute to automation governance, standards, and reusable components.
• Mentor junior engineers and support code reviews and training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into automation designs.
• Support deployment, release management, and operational readiness.
