Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in SAP MII and UI5 full-stack development.
- Proven leadership in multi-site development teams and enterprise-scale SAP UI5 solutions.
- Deep expertise in SAP MII frameworks, front-end technologies, and API design.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP MII and UI5 development activities across multiple sites.
- Architect enterprise-grade SAP UI5 applications with focus on UX, performance, and maintainability.
- Provide strategic technical leadership and direction for front-end and back-end development.
- Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 UI5 Solutions Architects and conduct regular growth meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive best practices in code quality, deployment, and continuous learning.
- Stay current with SAP technologies and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
