Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of professional experience in SAP MII and UI5 full-stack development, with leadership across multi-site environments.
• Proven track record leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale SAP UI5 solutions.
• Deep expertise in SAP MII frameworks, SAP PCo, OPC servers, and PLC integration.
• Advanced skills in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, and related frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and API design.
• Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum environments and leading ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MII and UI5 development activities across multiple sites.
• Architect and design enterprise-grade SAP UI5 applications focused on UX, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide strategic technical leadership for front-end and back-end development efforts.
• Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 UI5 Solutions Architects and drive code quality practices.
• Collaborate with leadership, product managers, and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
