Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of SAP MII/UI5 full-stack development with leadership.
• Strong front-end and back-end development and integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MII and UI5 development activities across multiple sites.
• Architect and design enterprise-grade SAP UI5 applications with UX focus.
• Mentor Level 1/2 UI5 Solutions Architects and conduct 1:1 meetings.
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders on scope and timelines.
• Lead troubleshooting and performance optimization for complex apps.
• Stay current with SAP technologies and train team members.
• Coordinate communications across geographically distributed teams.
