Job summary

Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a Senior UI/UX - Product Designer (Mobile Apps) to own the user experience for native iOS and Android apps. You will work with product, engineering, business, and QA to craft onboarding, authentication, wallets, payments and account-management journeys.

Your responsibilities include end-to-end design, creating user flows and prototypes in Figma, building a reusable design system, and ensuring accessibility and usability across platforms.

Qualifications

• University degree in Design, HCI, CS or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end mobile app design proven.
• Hands-on design of native iOS and Android applications.
• Proficiency with Figma including components and design libraries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design process from discovery to handoff.
• Design intuitive native mobile experiences for iOS and Android.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and production-ready UIs in Figma.
• Build and evolve a reusable mobile design system for consistency.

Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior UI/UX - Product Designer (Mobile Apps) to own and evolve the user experience and user interface of modern native mobile applications across iOS and Android.

In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, business and QA teams to design intuitive, accessible and scalable customer journeys across onboarding, authentication, identity verification, wallets, payments and account-management experiences.

Your responsibilities will entail:

• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to high-fidelity design and developer handoff;
• Design intuitive, user-centered mobile experiences for native iOS and Android applications;
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and production-ready user interfaces in Figma;
• Build, maintain and evolve a reusable mobile design system, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across platforms;
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders and QA to translate requirements into effective design solutions;
• Design secure customer journeys for onboarding, authentication and identity verification;
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing and design-validation activities where appropriate;
• Define interaction patterns, accessibility requirements and visual-design guidelines;
• Support engineering teams during implementation and perform design-quality reviews to ensure consistency with approved designs;
• Use user feedback, product analytics and research insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Participate in product discovery, workshops, design critiques and cross-functional planning;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• University degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work for production mobile applications;
• Hands-on experience designing native mobile applications for iOS and Android;
• Advanced proficiency with Figma, including components, variables, auto layout and design libraries;
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design and information architecture;
• Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity user interfaces;
• Experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams throughout implementation;
• Practical understanding of accessibility principles and mobile usability best practices;
• Ability to present design decisions clearly and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders;
• Experience working in an Agile product-delivery environment;
• Strong communication, ownership and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience designing fintech, banking, payments, wallet or other regulated digital products;
• Experience designing KYC, onboarding or identity-verification journeys;
• Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design;
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability tests and structured design validation;
• Experience using analytics and user-behavior insights to inform product decisions;
• Experience designing responsive web journeys alongside native mobile applications;
• Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions and prototyping tools;
• Experience working with Azure DevOps or a similar product-delivery platform.
