DAn Solutions, Inc. in Annapolis Junction, MD / Reston, VA seeks a Senior UI/UX Designer to support workflow-driven applications in a large data environment. This role prioritizes design over development and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

You will collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and developers to translate complex business requirements into detailed wireframes and final UI designs that minimize gaps during development and implementation.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
18 years of UI/UX design experience or related work.
Bachelor's may substitute for 4 years; Master's may substitute for 6 years.
Experience documenting user workflows into wireframes and final UI designs.
Ability to design complete, interconnected user experiences including admin and end-user workflows.
Experience taking designs from low to high fidelity and stakeholder-approved solutions.
Experience designing complex, workflow-driven enterprise applications.
Proficiency with Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop in a NIPR environment.

Responsibilities

Translate complex business requirements into cohesive wireframes and final UI designs.
Work closely with product owners, stakeholders and developers to craft end-to-end UX.
Create designs that minimize gaps during development and reduce independent UX decisions.
