Job summary

Darkroom is building an AI coordination layer for marketing teams. You will own features end-to-end, shaping solutions with experts, and delivering agent conversations, dashboards, and calendars.

You’ll maintain UI/UX consistency, ship in code and Figma, and push the design system forward while collaborating with brand partners. This remote-first role supports EST business hours with potential global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Shipped product UI shown in portfolio or live work with code.
• Strong React, TS and CSS; ownership of frontend codebase.
• Real visual and interaction design skills: typography, layout, motion.
• Curiosity to learn workflows by shadowing experts and buyers.
• Systems mindset; consistency across screens and design system.
• Comfort with Figma and code; know when to skip Figma.
• Data-dense interfaces; calm dashboards, tables and charts.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from problem to production.
• Embed with subject-matter experts to learn workflows.
• Turn learnings into product: agent conversations, dashboards, calendars.
• Maintain UI/UX consistency and active design system.
• Prototype fast in code, Figma, or AI tools and ship quickly.
• Ensure all screens follow one product design system.
