Résumé du poste

Shadow, a remote-first company, is seeking a senior frontend engineer to own features end-to-end—from discovery with users to polished production screens. You will design in Figma and implement in code, collaborating with subject-matter experts across marketing tech.

You’ll shape UI/UX, ensure consistency across dashboards and conversations, and contribute to a unified product experience as new features land.

Qualifications

• Shipped product UI you’re proud of and can show with portfolio or live work.
• Strong React, TypeScript and CSS skills; own a frontend codebase, not just components.
• Demonstrated visual and interaction design skills: typography, layout, color, motion.
• Curiosity to learn users' workflows by spending time with experts.
• Systems-thinking to keep screens consistent across the app, with a design system.
• Comfort with Figma and code; know when to skip Figma.
• Enjoy data-dense dashboards and stay calm with information.
• Experience with AI tools or integrating AI features is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own features end-to-end from problem to shipped implementation.
• Embed with subject-matter experts to learn workflows and challenges.
• Turn learnings into product features like agent conversations and dashboards.
• Maintain UI/UX consistency and keep the design system current in Figma and React.
