Qualifications

• 3+ years UI, visual, or product design experience.
• Strong Figma and design-system expertise.
• Excellent visual design, analytical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate UI designs, layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Create design rationales and document design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Create responsive mockups and prototypes using Figma.
• Apply accessibility and usability best practices.
• Produce clear design documentation and recommendations.
