Job summary

AllCare is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive and polished experiences across our digital products, websites, and platforms. You will own the design process from concept to developer handoff, turning requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams, build scalable design systems, and mentor frontend collaborators to ensure feasible, production-ready designs.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
• Strong portfolio with web, SaaS, product, or application design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Strong understanding of user flows, information architecture, interaction design, usability, and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent visual fundamentals in typography, hierarchy, spacing, color, and composition.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and working within scalable design systems.
• Experience collaborating with front-end developers to translate designs into production.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, modern, and polished interfaces for AllCare’s digital products, websites, and platforms.
• Translate product requirements and user needs into clear user journeys, wireframes, and interaction flows.
• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, typography, icons, and UI patterns.
• Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure feasible, well-documented implementations.
• Perform design QA and iterate with developers through final production.
• Use analytics/behavioral insights to identify friction and improve usability and conversions.
• Support ongoing design of websites and landing pages with consistent brand identity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership.
