Job summary

SR International INC. is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft modern interfaces and lead user-centered design initiatives in an agile environment.

You will collaborate with business users, IT staff, and development teams to design intuitive workflows and prototypes, while contributing to a reusable design system and secure, accessible interfaces. Requirements include strong portfolio samples, experience with Figma/Axure/Sketch, and the ability to communicate across stakeholders.

Qualifications

Verifiable UI/UX design experience with user-centered interfaces.
Strong information architecture and multi-step workflows.
Experience with AGILE methods including backlog grooming and sprints.
Experience with design systems, component libraries, and visual standards.
Experience designing SaaS or enterprise digital products.
Proficiency with Figma/Axure/Sketch.
