Job summary

Render Networks is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to own the complete user experience and user interface across the Render platform for web, mobile, and BI tools. You will lead design strategy, produce wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, data-driven interfaces.

The role emphasizes research, map-based geospatial design, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field is required.
6+ years in customer/UX design or a similar role.
Strong portfolio showing research, journey mapping, and interaction design for web/mobile.
Experience designing digital mapping solutions is preferred.
Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe Suite and prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

Own UX/UI design requirements for the entire platform across web, mobile, and BI.
Develop and execute a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
Produce wireframes, visuals, diagrams, site maps, and prototypes.
Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Develop detailed customer journey maps to identify improvement opportunities.
Create intuitive interfaces across all touchpoints and iterate from feedback.
Collaborate with product, developers, marketing, and other stakeholders.
Develop prototypes and conduct user testing to refine designs.
Monitor CX and implement ongoing improvements.
