Job summary

Aquent, on behalf of a leading travel and hospitality client, seeks a visionary Designer to shape guest journeys across web, iOS, and Android. You will translate marketing goals into compelling digital experiences, craft narrative-driven content, and assemble CMS-driven campaigns using Contentstack.

You will leverage AI-assisted tools to explore concepts, maintain versioned specifications, and ensure accessibility and brand consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in campaign and content experience design.
• Proven experience designing and delivering digital experiences through structured or headless CMS platforms (Contentstack).
• Practical fluency with design systems and semantic tokens, themes, and component libraries.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design and building tools to create, inspect, and refine interactive experiences.
• Expertise in accessibility and channel-aware design across web, iOS, and Android.
• Experience with evidence-based iteration using research, usability studies, or analytics to drive business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to document specifications and explain tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Translate objectives into guest-centered digital experiences and clear requirements.
• Create campaign and content designs with strong narrative structure and visual hierarchy.
• Build CMS-driven experiences using Contentstack and reusable modules.
• Integrate CMS with design system, ensuring consistency across themes and components.
• Collaborate with engineering and content teams to implement design changes.
• Ensure accessibility and semantic correctness across web and mobile platforms.
• Validate designs through CMS previews and prototypes, checking content fit and state behavior.
• Contribute to reusable patterns, templates, and specifications for consistency.
