Job summary

Releady in Seattle seeks an experienced Content Guest Experience UI Designer with a strong background in campaign design, headless CMS delivery, and AI-assisted building to turn marketing and commercial goals into digital experiences guests understand and act on.

You will work with marketing, product, commercial, engineering, and analytics teams to design, build, and ship landing pages, promotions, and reusable content modules across web, iOS, and Android.

Qualifications

• Proven campaign and content design experience with strong visual storytelling.
• Portfolio shows landing pages, promos, and marketing experiences with measured outcomes.
• Hands-on CMS experience (headless CMS) including content models and previews.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define audience, offer, and actions.
• Design campaign experiences: concepts, layouts, imagery, typography, interactions.
• Assemble pages in Contentstack using content models and modular blocks.
• Apply design system components, tokens, and brand themes; contribute fixes.
• Use AI design and coding tools to create, inspect, and validate outputs.
• Develop and maintain versioned campaign specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Design variations by audience, market, and promotional period.
• Connect campaigns across guest journeys into booking and loyalty channels.
• Ensure accessibility: structure, contrast, alt text, focus, and testing.
• Validate ships via CMS previews and working prototypes; collaborate with engineering.
• Work with analytics to assess performance and iterate based on results.
• Contribute templates, patterns, specs, and AI instructions for reuse.
