Placements24 in London is seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to craft exceptional user experiences for web and mobile products. You will lead user research, create personas and journey maps, and translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces across the product team.

You will collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible, on-brand, and highly usable, driving engagement and satisfaction across digital products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design aesthetics.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively.
