Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure feasibility and seamless implementation of designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a significant focus on native mobile application design (iOS and Android).
• A robust portfolio showcasing exceptional mobile app design projects, demonstrating expertise in UX research, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and mobile platform guidelines.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting user feedback.
• Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, color, and iconography.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• A degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts is a plus.
