Job summary
Info Origin Inc. seeks a Senior UI/UX Developer / Architect to lead enterprise design systems and front-end development. You will create reusable UI components with Angular, HTML, and SASS/SCSS, ensuring WCAG 2.1/AAA compliance and Section 508 alignment.
You will use Storybook for component development, participate in accessibility audits, and guide teams on best practices to deliver accessible, scalable UI solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- Experience building enterprise design systems from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with Angular, HTML, and SASS/SCSS.
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/AAA, Section 508, ARIA, and semantic HTML.
- Experience with Storybook and reusable component libraries.
- Strong understanding of UX and accessible UI design principles.
Responsibilities
- Build, document, and maintain enterprise design systems and reusable component libraries using USWDS or similar frameworks.
- Develop accessible and reusable UI components using Angular, HTML, and SASS/SCSS.
- Ensure UI components comply with WCAG 2.1/AAA and Section 508 requirements.
- Use Storybook for component development, documentation, and collaboration.
- Apply semantic HTML, ARIA, keyboard accessibility, and accessibility testing practices.
- Conduct code reviews, accessibility audits, and UX reviews.
- Collaborate with development teams and provide guidance on design systems and accessibility best practices.
- Support multiple enterprise applications and ensure consistent, accessible user experiences.
