Leidos in Omaha, NE seeks a Senior UI Software Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience to join agile teams. On-site work in Omaha with potential for some remote work.

You will build JavaScript-based web apps using modern frameworks, drive design and tests, and collaborate across engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions. The role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance; a Bachelor’s degree with extensive development experience is expected.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of software experience; Master’s considered with 6+ years.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 fundamentals with modern frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead full software development lifecycle within defined parameters.
• Use Jira, Confluence, Nexus, Git and related tools for collaboration.
• Create and update design, development and testing docs.
• Identify roadblocks and develop workable solutions.
• Plan and estimate development tasks and improve performance metrics.
• Develop maintainable code that matches specifications.
• Write and execute unit, E2E and integration tests.
• Collaborate with engineers to design and deliver new products.
