Leidos in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer to lead automated testing of our government-focused software solutions. You will work with an outstanding software team to advance CI/CD of products deployed to customers. The role emphasizes test strategy, automation, and KPI-driven improvements.

On-site work at the Omaha facility is primary, with some remote options possible. US citizens with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree with 8+

Qualifications

• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience with software development (Java, NodeJS/JS, C++, Rust).
• Experience with writing and/or developing test procedures and automated test scripts (e.g., Test Complete, Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, Cucumber, QFTest or Cypress).

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain test methodology documentation for traceability and repeatability.
• Identify regression test candidates for automation, plan automation activities across the team and automate test cases.
• Execute test cases/scripts including functional, regression, exploratory, performance, load and smoke tests for both web applications and database.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.
