Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building consumer-facing web products with strong UI/UX focus.
• Proficient with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js on the backend.
• Delivers fast, reliable interfaces and considers latency and cross-device performance.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for Claude.ai features.
• Build and ship user-facing features for Claude.ai’s web experience.
• Own quality bar for visuals, latency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers to define scope and tradeoffs.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and testing.
