Job summary

A leading technology services provider is seeking a Unified Communications Performance Specialist in Annapolis, Maryland. This role involves deploying and managing the SL1/VOSS monitoring tool to ensure optimal performance of communication systems, including Microsoft Teams and Cisco Phones. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Unified Communications, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with performance monitoring tools. This position requires US citizenship and security clearance to TS/SCI with Poly.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Proven experience with Unified Communications platforms.
• Experience with monitoring tools is preferred.
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of SL1/VOSS monitoring tool.
• Monitor system performance for all Communication tools.
• Act as the first line for performance issue resolution.
• Continuously improve SL1/VOSS monitoring capabilities.
• Document configurations and generate performance reports.
