Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering and 7+ years of experience in aerospace design and development.
• Proficiency with CAD, FEA and CFD software packages.
• Strong understanding of autopilots and flight tuning methods.
• Knowledge of aerospace materials, structures, and propulsion systems.
• Experience with flight testing and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of aerospace systems, including aircraft and components.
• Oversee flight testing and validation activities and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers for system integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide technical growth.
• Prepare technical reports and present to stakeholders.
