Qualifications
8+ years of software testing experience, with strong knowledge of SDLC and Quality Assurance concepts.
Proficient in HP/Mercury Quality Center and mainframe programming/scripting.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Xray, and testing web applications in AWS.
In-depth knowledge of developing test strategies, test plans, scenarios and QA metrics.
Experience creating test plans, developing test scenarios, and generating QA metrics and reports – 5 years required.
Experience facilitating and organizing test execution of test cases/scripts in a proficient manner – 5 years required.
Strong defect management practices and ability to develop QA metrics and reports.
Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
Plan and track UAT activities, ensuring timely completion.
Report progress of UAT to stakeholders.
Run daily defect triage meetings and provide defect status reports.
Manage defect lifecycle within Jira and Xray.
Drive and report on interface and integration testing.
Manage the UAT schedule and ensure on-time delivery.
Facilitate meetings and interact with technical and business team members.
Identify gaps in test coverage to meet business requirements.
Resolve conflicts and drive decision making.
