This role blends senior QA leadership with business analysis responsibilities to ensure release readiness. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in QA/UAT/BA for enterprise systems, with hands-on automation experience (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) and tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in QA/UAT/BA for enterprise systems.
• 3+ years in test automation and automation strategy development.
• Strong experience in test design, execution, and coverage across multiple test types.
• Experience translating business requirements into testable scenarios.
• Experience with data quality validation across enterprise systems.
• Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Hands-on with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, Power Automate, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT activities and develop test strategies aligned to business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, BSOs, vendors, and project managers to validate requirements.
• Perform both BA and UAT responsibilities as needed, balancing strategic and hands-on work.
• Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Coordinate test execution, issue tracking, evidence documentation, and release readiness.
• Partner with teams to optimize regression suites and reduce duplicate testing.
• Drive defect lifecycle, from logging to validation and closure, with metrics reporting.
