New York Life Insurance Co. in Lebanon, NJ is seeking an UAT Senior Associate to ensure releases are experience-ready by focusing on business readiness, cross-product workflows, and advisor experiences across products and systems.

You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, QA, Engineering and field stakeholders to validate end-to-end journeys, contribute to risk-based validation, and drive automation and production insights for continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in UAT/Experience Validation/QA or related disciplines.
• Experience validating end-to-end business workflows across integrated systems.
• Experience with Agile delivery models and PI Planning.

Responsabilidades

• Define risk-based validation strategies and validation plans.
• Lead end-to-end journey validation across advisor, agent and client journeys.
• Develop and execute journey-based validation scenarios and coverage.
• Collaborate with Product, BA, QA, Engineering and Operations teams.
• Provide release-readiness assessments and go/no-go recommendations.
