New York Life Insurance Co. is seeking an UAT Senior Associate to ensure releases are experience-ready, focusing on business readiness and end-to-end advisor, agent, and client journeys.

You will collaborate with Product, QA, BA, Engineering, and field stakeholders to define risk-based validation strategies and drive confidence across the delivery lifecycle. The role emphasizes shift-left quality, test design, automation partnerships, and production insights to reduce risk and improve customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UAT, validation, QA, BA, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• Strong understanding of life insurance, annuity, wealth management processes.
• Experience validating end-to-end business workflows.
• Experience with Agile delivery and PI Planning.
• Knowledge of requirements management and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with automation strategies and AI-enabled testing.
• Ability to analyze production incidents and feedback.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and testing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define risk-based validation strategies for end-to-end workflows.
• Align UAT activities with release planning and roadmaps.
• Review and influence user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Provide guidance on business validation and experience assurance.
• Define and validate critical journeys across products and processes.
• Develop journey-based validation scenarios and test strategies.
• Execute end-to-end validation for prioritized initiatives.
• Analyze production incidents and feedback to improve coverage.
• Contribute to UAT governance and metrics.
• Collaborate across Product, QA, BA, Engineering, and Operations.
