Job summary

Kraus Hamdani Aerospace, Inc. seeks an experienced Engineering Project Manager to drive execution across multiple engineering and cross-functional initiatives.

You will coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Flight Operations to deliver critical projects on time while maintaining leadership visibility. Responsibilities include creating integrated project plans, managing risks, and owning the software delivery lifecycle from requirements to training readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional engineering projects in aerospace/defense/aviation or related high-tech environments.
• Experience coordinating hardware, software, systems engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and product development teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with aggressive schedules and dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern PM platforms (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• PMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of multiple concurrent engineering projects and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, action items, and risk logs.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Flight Operations, and other functions.
• Facilitate meetings, capture decisions, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Monitor status, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed.
• Own end-to-end software delivery lifecycle: requirements, development, QA, release, and training readiness.
• Coordinate with software, hardware, and operations teams to ensure reliable releases.
