Job summary

KRUSH Tech is launching its U.S. operations from the ground up, seeking a Lead UAS Systems Engineer to drive the architecture and lead cross-functional teams across RF, embedded systems, mechanics, software, and manufacturing.

You will own end-to-end development of high-performance multirotor UAS, manage a 10–30 engineer team, and guide rapid prototyping, testing, and production transition to deliver reliable, scalable platforms for defense, aerospace, and autonomous systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing multirotor UAS/UAV platforms from prototype through production.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Expertise in flight dynamics, vehicle architecture, propulsion, avionics, RF, embedded systems.
• Familiarity with PX4, ArduPilot, Betaflight, or custom flight-control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of advanced UAS platforms from concept through production.
• Manage a multidisciplinary engineering team of approximately 10–30 engineers.
• Drive rapid prototyping, system optimization, and data-driven performance improvements across airframe, propulsion, flight dynamics, and RF systems.
• Oversee testing, validation, and risk management to deliver reliable, production-ready products.
• Partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Management, Software, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless transition to production, supplier readiness, and continuous product improvement.
