Job summary

KRUSH Tech is seeking an Autonomous Systems Integration Engineer to architect and integrate multirotor UAV platforms from prototype through production readiness. You will own system-level integration across mechanical, electrical, software, RF, and avionics subsystems to deliver mission-ready aircraft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on UAV flight control experience with PX4, ArduPilot or Betaflight.
• Strong knowledge of flight controllers, avionics and propulsion systems.
• Experience with RF communications, telemetry and ground control systems.
• Proficiency with analysis and configuration tools (Mission Planner, QGroundControl).

Responsibilities

• Integrate and validate multirotor UAV systems from prototype to production readiness.
• Configure flight control systems, avionics, propulsion, and RF communications.
• Conduct ground and flight tests to verify performance and compliance.
• Analyze flight logs and data to troubleshoot and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for rapid design iteration.
• Develop integration procedures and manufacturing documentation.
• Support transition to scalable production with repeatable processes.
• Ensure safe, reliable UAV operation meeting schedule and quality goals.
