Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Project Manager II to lead UAS operations at Camp Pendleton, CA. The role oversees UAS personnel, equipment, and mission planning to ensure readiness and compliance with contract requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive UAS operational experience, proven leadership, and a strong working knowledge of aviation safety and regulatory standards. A TALSA supervisor background is highly desirable for this mission-critical position.

Qualifikationen

• Five (5) years of experience as a UAS operator.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 6 additional years may substitute education.
• FAA medical certificate per DCMA 8210.1 requirements.
• BUQ-1 and BUQ-2 qualification for UAS.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to UAS operators and support personnel.
• Coordinate operational planning, mission execution, and training to maintain readiness.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure qualifications, certifications, and training records are current.
• Promote compliance with FAA requirements and DoD instructions.
• Coordinate with government and stakeholders for mission planning.
• Support resource planning, equipment accountability, and readiness reporting.
• Prepare program reports and documentation.
• Safeguard classified information per security requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and readiness.
• Perform additional program management duties as assigned.
