Job summary

Heven AeroTech is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and drive the technical execution of our unmanned aircraft systems programs. You will own the integrated schedule, translate requirements into work plans, and align airframe, propulsion, avionics, software, and payload teams against cost, schedule and performance targets.

This role also builds and improves PM processes, tools, and gating criteria across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline as listed.
• 4–10 years in engineering PM, ideally within UAS/aerospace/defense.
• Fluency in reading requirements, drawings, and verification data.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical PM for UAS programs across airframe, propulsion, avionics, software, payload.
• Develop IMS, WBS, and critical path; manage schedule risks and recoveries.
• Translate requirements into engineering task plans and staffing.
• Plan design reviews and milestones with criteria and action tracking.
• Own technical risk and change control; drive mitigation and communication.
