Job summary

Heven AeroTech is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with deep expertise in airframe design, structural analysis, and system integration to deliver complex mechanical solutions for unmanned aerial platforms.

The role leads subsystem development and collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, and programs to refine airframe assemblies, tooling, and components across prototype and production stages. Mentorship and leadership are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years in mechanical engineering, UAV/aerospace or related field.
• Deep expertise in mechanical design, structural analysis, and system integration.
• Proven ability to lead complex subsystem development and solve advanced technical challenges.
• Strong communications with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and integration of payloads and airframe structures across analysis, design, prototype and production stages.
• Architect workflows, drawings, and analyses ensuring manufacturability and reliability.
• Provide technical direction during design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Define validation strategies and oversee structural and system-level testing.
