Job summary

Heven AeroTech is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and drive the technical execution of unmanned aircraft systems programs. You’ll own the IMS, translate requirements into actionable plans, and align multi-discipline teams across cost, schedule, and performance targets.

You’ll build and improve PM processes, gates, and tools, supporting design reviews, risk management, and program milestones from concept through flight test and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/Systems).
• 4–10 years in engineering project management or systems engineering.
• Ability to read requirements, drawings, interface control documents and test data.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM for one or more UAS programs across hardware/software streams.
• Develop and maintain IMS, WBS, and critical path; identify schedule risks and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with systems engineering to translate requirements into task plans.
