Job summary

Saalex Corporation is seeking an Electrical/Electronic Engineering Tech, SME (Finance) to support the life-cycle of small‑weaponized UAS. Responsibilities include assembling prototypes from kits, soldering, and maintaining systems to ensure readiness, while mentoring junior technicians and coordinating with engineers.

Requirements include AA or technical certification and over 15 years of repair/maintenance experience, plus the ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance to start.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of repair/maintenance experience.
• Must obtain Interim Secret to start.

Responsibilities

• Perform life‑cycle support of small‑weaponized UAS, from existing designs to prototype operation.
• Solder, assemble mechanical and electronic components, and maintain prototypes for readiness.
• Oversee junior technicians and coordinate with government engineers; mentor and train staff.
