Motion Recruitment is seeking a senior backend engineer for a fully remote role. You will design scalable APIs, lead microservice architectures, and mentor engineers while shipping real features for a fast-growing infra platform powering cross-border commerce.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of backend engineering using TypeScript and Node.js in production.
• Experience designing and maintaining APIs at scale in real environments.
• Proven track record of end-to-end services with full ownership.
• Strong system design skills and microservice architecture experience.
• Startup mentality with ownership, ambiguity, and fast delivery.

• 60% Backend development with TS/Node.js/Nest.js.
• 20% System design and architecture work.
• 20% API integrations (Shopify, Magento, headless eCommerce).
• Mentor engineers and contribute to code quality and delivery.
