Job summary

Leadenhall Search & Selection seeks Turnaround and Restructuring professionals for roles across major U.S. cities. The candidate will work on complex restructurings, distressed M&A and operational turnarounds, interfacing with clients and traveling as required.

3–10 years in restructuring/finance is preferred, with CPA/CFA being a plus. Applicants should display strong analytical and presentation skills, with experience across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of Restructuring/Corporate Finance/Accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills.
• Willingness to bring in new business and build a book of clients for leadership.
• CPA/CFA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in complex financial restructurings, distressed M&A, and operational turnarounds.
• Interface with clients to understand business challenges and travel as needed.
• Create and present client recommendations based on analyses.
• Work across industries including Manufacturing, Technology, Transport, Consumer, Energy and Healthcare.
