Job summary

Leadenhall Search & Selection seeks Turnaround and Restructuring professionals for roles across major U.S. cities. The candidate will work on complex restructurings, distressed M&A and operational turnarounds, interfacing with clients and traveling as required.

3–10 years in restructuring/finance is preferred, with CPA/CFA being a plus. Applicants should display strong analytical and presentation skills, with experience across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills.
• Willingness to bring in new business and build a book of clients for leadership.

Job description

Due to a number of mandates we are looking to fill, Leadenhall are looking to connect with Turnaround and Restructuring professionals across these key locations - New York, Chicago, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Austin and Houston. More specifically, strong candidates we could assist would have the following experience: Restructuring/Accounting/Audit professionals (3-10 years) with advisory/consulting firms and have an ambition to join growing Turnaround and Restructuring teams across the country.

Responsibilities

• An entrepreneurial mindset and character is required
• Develop deep expertise in complex financial restructurings, distressed M&A, and operational turnarounds
• Work across a number of industries such as Manufacturing, Technology, Transport, Consumer, Energy and Healthcare.
• Experience in - 13 week cash flow, chapter 11, divestitures, insolvency, bankruptcy, transaction advisory, corporate finance.
• Interface with clients to discover their business challenges with the expectations of travel
• Perform quantitative and observational data analyses for turnaround, restructuring or bankruptcy situations.
• Create and present client recommendations

Qualifications

• CPA/CFA qualified is preferable however not required
• 3-10 years of Restructuring/Corporate Finance/Accounting
• Willingness/Experience in bringing on new business - book of business required for Managing Directors.
• Strong analytical, communication and quantitative skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in all MS applications
• Strong presentation and communication skills
