Job summary

RPM Partners is seeking a Turnaround and Restructuring Services Senior Manager to lead engagements in the automotive sector, building out a team and driving restructuring projects remotely. The role includes strategy development, liquidity management, and execution, with a strong emphasis on client relationships and business development.

Requirements include 8+ years in restructuring/valuations, 5+ years of management experience, and a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in business restructuring, valuations, or related consulting services.
• Five+ years of management experience including leading teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred; CFA/CIRA/CTP beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on restructuring processes including strategy development, liquidity management, and negotiations.
• Develop and execute turnaround plans to maximize value for stakeholders.
• Build financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and 13-week cash forecasts.
• Maintain executive presence as primary client contact and manage progress with Partners.
• Travel to clients locally, regionally, and nationally.
