Job summary

RPM Partners is seeking a Turnaround and Restructuring Services Senior Manager to lead a team across automotive sector engagements, including liquidity management, restructuring advisory, and financial diligence. This is a fully remote role with opportunities to develop new business and market presence.

You will direct strategy execution, client relationships, and team development, while coordinating with Advisory Partners.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of experience in business restructuring and related consulting.
• Five (5) or more years of management experience leading internal/external teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant field.
• Prior automotive industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise on restructuring processes including strategy development and liquidity management.
• Develop and execute restructuring and turnaround plans to maximize stakeholder value.
• Build financial models including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain executive presence and serve as primary client contact; update partners on progress.
• Foster strong relationships with client and internal teams.
• Manage a team of professionals and delegate tasks.
• Travel to client sites locally and nationally.
