Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks an Advanced Product Development Systems Staff Engineer to lead the systems design and integration of turbomachinery for the F110-F4B2 engine within the NGP3 NPI program. You will partner with design and analysis teams to translate results into system-level decisions and mentor engineers across mechanical and thermal disciplines.

The role requires a strong engineering background, at least 5 years in aerospace propulsion, and US citizenship for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aerospace propulsion or related mechanical systems design, integration, or management.
• US Citizenship required for security clearance; current clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems design and integration of turbomachinery components for the NGP3 NPI program.
• Coordinate with design organizations to maintain consistent system requirements and interfaces.
• Mentor engineers in systems engineering, mechanical and thermal design fundamentals, and testing.
