Reworld Waste is seeking a Senior Turbine Reliability Specialist to lead outages, inspect, and maintain steam turbine generators for long-term reliability. You will plan major and minor outages, specify materials, and oversee repair scopes while coordinating with facility teams and management.
The role requires strong safety leadership, exceptional technical report writing, and experience with turbine operation and field supervision.
The Senior Turbine Reliability Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving inspection and maintenance methods, procedures, and practices that ensure the reliability of steam turbine generators across the system. Reporting to the Turbine Field Services Manager, this role provides consistent oversight of turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems through detailed inspections, outage management, reporting, and documentation.
The role’s core responsibilities include effective planning and execution of Turbine Generator outages, accurate specification of materials, and oversight of repair and replacement procedures critical to long-term reliability. The Specialist will also coordinate inspections with facility teams, develop condition assessment reports, and communicate best practices to support consistent performance and reliability of these critical components.

The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements, and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.
The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $136,600.00 - $195,300.00 USD per annum.
