Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is seeking a Senior Turbine Reliability Specialist to develop, implement, and continually improve inspection and maintenance methods that ensure steam turbine generator reliability across the system. You will report to the Turbine Field Services Manager and oversee outages, inspections, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in turbine operation.
• 8+ years in Steam Turbine Generator major overhauls, turbine operation, or field supervision.
• If no 4-year degree, 10 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute turbine generator outage plans with facilities.
• Ensure QA/QC during outage disassembly and reassembly.
• Complete turbine generator condition assessment reports and executive summaries.
• Plan condition assessment review meetings and align with long-term plans.
• Coordinate resources, parts, and shop requirements for procurement.
• Review major turbine generator replacement scopes and design changes.
• Provide technical guidance for unscheduled turbine repairs.
• Provide shop inspection coverage during major outages.
• Review Turbine Generator Technical Standards for compliance.
