Job summary

Constellation in Illinois seeks an experienced engineer to perform advanced technical problem solving in support of turbine generator operations at the Clean Energy Center. You will make technical decisions, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure adherence to codes, procedures and Human Performance fundamentals.

You will develop analyses, communicate findings, and mentor junior staff while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience in reactor operations.
• SRO license holders with 5+ years experience preferred.
• Experience in adherence to industry codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage, communicate, and implement engineering analyses and programs.
• Provide technical consultation to identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work with proper configuration management.
• Perform independent research, reviews, and analyses for technical projects.
• Recommend new concepts and techniques to improve performance and reduce costs.
