Aldea Design Services, LLC, an LJB Engineering Company, seeks a Senior Tunnel Engineer to lead tunnel/trenchless design and construction management across projects nationwide. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of underground experience, strong project management and business development skills, and a track record of delivering complex tunnel projects.

This role emphasizes leadership of teams, development of technical deliverables, and advancing geotechnical analyses in coordination with clients

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Registered Professional Engineer in California required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 15+ years in tunnel, trenchless, or underground projects.

Responsabilidades

• Project management including proposals, cost estimates and schedules for tunnel and trenchless projects.
• Lead tasks and teams of designers and construction supervision staff.
• Produce technical deliverables per client specifications.
• Build a network of tunnel industry clients for pursuits and projects.
• Geotechnical engineering for tunnel/trenchless design and construction.
• Prepare geotechnical calculations and analyses as required.
• Develop GBRs, GDRs, and related geotechnical reports.
• Contribute to regional initiatives, conferences, and industry activities.
